The dress is a smart prop with external geometry (obj) files.
The obj file was not saved in the same folder as the props.
You can rename the prop folder and/or move the dress to an other folder

if you like to. Also included are 10 textures 4000 x 4000 pixel and a template 4000 x 4000 pixel.

The dress has the 8 material zones for easy texturing. Each Material zone has a different color on the template.

This is not a conforming set. You can only use it with the Cloth Room.
You can not use it for Daz Studio

For using this set you need to have Poser 6 or higher and Mavka from smay (Renderosity)
